Founded in 1945, The Chippewa Club has been an institution in the Iron Mountain-Kingsford, Michigan area bringing together its members for fine dining, classic cocktails and good company. The featured dinner entree this week is Amazon Paiche Fish with lemon brown butter, lobster brunoise, honey glazed carrots and yellow rice pilaf. In short, something new, different and delicious from Chef Simon! Get it before it's gone! PS: It tastes like chicken. Great seafood option for those picky about seafood! 💙🐟

Do you love scallops? We love scallops. <3 This new menu item, the "Sesame Seared Dayboat Scallops" feature a Japanese yuzu kosho vinaigrette, a satisfying butternut squash puree, and brussels sprouts slaw (YUM!), topped with crispy wontons. This is a dish you won't want to miss. #getinmybelly

This new menu item, the Midnight Breakfast Tower, is such a special dish. Chef Simon led members in a fun and informative afternoon of cooking. Topics covered were using phyllo dough, papillote method of cooking and compound butter. Members and guests each made a delicious dessert using phyllo dough and were treated to a sampling of dishes cooked by the papillote method.
