The featured dinner entree this week is Amazon Paiche Fish with lemon brown butter, lobster brunoise, honey glazed carrots and yellow rice pilaf. In short, something new, different and delicious from Chef Simon! Get it before it's gone! PS: It tastes like chicken. Great seafood option for those picky about seafood! 💙🐟

Did you know that our Chef Simon can create a dish custom to your taste buds and preferences? And that he is brilliant at it? This pasta dish, unofficially named after one of our members who lives by it, is not featured on the menu. Do you love scallops? We love scallops. <3 This new menu item, the "Sesame Seared Dayboat Scallops" feature a Japanese yuzu kosho vinaigrette, a satisfying butternut squash puree, and brussels sprouts slaw (YUM!), topped with crispy wontons. This is a dish you won't want to miss. #getinmybelly

This Sunday, February 17th, Chef Simon is pleased to present his Sunday Breakfast! Breakfast will be from 9am - noon, and reservations are required. (Note that the Midnight Breakfast Tower from our last post is featured on the menu - yay!) This new menu item, the Midnight Breakfast Tower, is such a special dish. Eggs, sunny side up, caramelized onions, sauteed oyster mushrooms, muenster cheese, wilted spinach, truffle oil over Yukon Gold potatoes, ***CANDIED BACON***, a hearty slice of pan fried country bread. #breakfastfordinner It's where it's at. Chef Simon's Great Lake Whitefish Papillote. So delish! Whitefish, perfectly baked in parchment with an assortment of vegetables and a chive sun-dried tomato compound butter. Give this new regular menu item a try!

Chocolate Raspberry Cake with Chocolate Ganache. Moist, with a perfect ratio of raspberry to chocolate. The perfect dessert, but even better for breakfast early on a Sunday morning. #GoForTheDessert #EasyLikeSundayMorning

Chef Simon led members in a fun and informative afternoon of cooking. Topics covered were using phyllo dough, papillote method of cooking and compound butter. Members and guests each made a delicious dessert using phyllo dough and were treated to a sampling of dishes cooked by the papillote method.
